...this morning. They were diving with Rainbow Reef and report that the crew said the man surfaced and passed out. The other divers were recalled. The boat crew did cpr until paramedics and the Coast Guard arrived.
Just heard from friends on the boat--an older man died on the Speigel Grove ...
