Florida Kayak Club sounds best and would be the most inclusive.

Personally I like this better than Plastic Pirates. Although Plastic Pirates does sound pretty funny.

Well, I thought plastic pirates was kind of cute but I suppose ya'll are right about making it easier to ID us on the web. I do think you need to include the term SCUBA in there though, so that folks don't think we're just a Kayak Club.

I wouldn't include "scuba" (we're on ScubaBoard after all ) but Florida Kayak Divers would be a clear and concise description.

We do use plastic kayaks. Plastic Pirates has a nice ring and would be nice to have Scuba in the title. We don't want to be mistaken for the white water or the long distance trekkers.

Any other names to consider? If there are lets get them out and we will create a poll for the final naming.

Pete does have a point. Plastic Pirates doesn't really describe the forum... now, it does describe the elite group of kayak divers we have. I kind of like it... A poll would be good...
