Good morning, it is a little sporty out today we got winds of about 18 from the SE and seas running 2-4 on outside reefs and 1-2 inside. Definitely diving is going on but just a little bumpy. Supposed to start lying down tomorrow and real nice on Sunday so make your plans to come diving in the Fabulous Florida Keys, constant reminder, if you are planing on the Christmas-New Years week of diving call your favorite dive operation today, most motels are already full even though most boats still have space, call today, and we will see you underwater.

Well I lied, still a bit sporty out there today, we are definitely diving and all went well but steady 2-4 foot seas, however in the last hour winds have dropped and we hope tomorrow, Sunday is better. Viz on the outer reefs and the Spiegel Grove are still 50 plus a little less on the inner reefs, but we are diving so call the Keys dive operator of your choice and come on down..

Another bumpy day we are having, we just got back from the morning dive and it was steady 4-5's on the outside 2-3's on the inner reefs, good diving but bumpy on the boat. Most of the other upper keys dive operators were out as well. So let's hope tomorrow is a better day and the weather lays down like is being called for....I bet it does lay down...water temp still around 79 - 80 degrees on the outer reef. See ya underwater.

This stubborn wind just won't leave us, again about 15-20 knt's out of the East, giving us a steady 2-4 out there and 5 footers on the Spiegel Grove, we are on the Elbow and getting some good diving in but on the boat is is bumpy for sure. Supposed to lay down to 5 knt's tomorrow so let's hope it does! Just so the Christmas week is perfectly flat calm, not asking for much!

Well, still a bit sporty on the reef but not bad, wind is approx. 10-15 from the ESE and seas are only 1-3 on the inter reef and about 2-4 on the outside, but gentle rollers and definitely divable, yesterday we were out and by 3 pm it almost was flat calm, but did pick up overnight a bit. Water temp is good, 78-80 a good temp to enjoy still without a wetsuit. Imagine weather/water temp anywhere else in the US? So come on down and dive the keys.

I'll be there on the 26th. Sounds nice! Lake Superior was 40 last Saturday.

Could someone please arrange for the wind to lay down next week? Getting in Wednesday, forecast looks ok (as in warm and sunny) with the exception of the 19-20mph winds.

See some of ya didn't listen to me, when the weather was perfect in Sept and Oct you waited and now we get winds a couple times a week, got some today, not too bad but 15 out of the SE and seas are about 2-3 inside and 3-5 on the outer reefs. Again divable but don't sit on the boat, get in the water. But do make your Christmas plans today, the keys are filling up and your favorite operator will miss ya if you don't come diving. See ya underwater.

Now we are talking good weather! Wind is more SW now and just beautiful out on the reefs with only a small 1-2 and looking good on viz, approx. 50 on the outer reefs. Haven't checked the temp but it is WARM probably in the 80's like no where else in the US! So come on down for some pre-Christmas diving and fun....see ya underwater!

Well, back to the winds today, blowing about 15 out of the E, not our best wind in the upper keys, however we are out and the seas are running about 3-5, fortunately on a deep dive like we are on today you can get under the surge, very sunny and warm, so get the gear out and put in the trunk of the car for the Christmas dives you are doing in the Fla. Keys, see ya underwater...

A little bumpy today, we dove the outside and it was 3-5 feet, doable but a bit bumpy, supposed to lay down again tonight and hopefully for the entire week of the Christmas holidays, so call today and book your hotel and favorite dive operation. Our divers today didn't even wear a wetsuit and were very comfortable, I wore a three mil. Hey not bad for Dec 22! Only in the Florida Keys!
