I have the same set-up--SP-350, Ikelite housing, and DS 125 Substrobe, plus an Ikelite wide angle lens--and I am really just getting started with the package. The strobe came last Thursday and I tried it out at Boynton Beach, FL on Sat and Sun. The current was pretty strong and I had major issues with backspatter.

Frankly, I am such a novice the options are a bit overwhelming so, for now, I have just used the underwater scene option on the camera. I know that is probably apalling to experienced underwater photographers, but that's where I am.

What is a good resource to learn about shooting RAW, camera settings, etc. for a really inexperienced photographer?

Also, does anyone have a good recommendation for carrying cases to use for transporting the camera and strobe to the boat and/or for air travel?

I use a arctic zone cooler with a hard inside liner, works great for my strobe, camera, in a pinch you can fill it with fresh water and use it as a dunk tank

www.wetpixel.com is a great place to start and www.digitaldiver.net and www.digidiver.net are other great places loaded with info. When you get to the site simply do a search and type in RAW or any other thing you want to learn about.
