Frank and Melanie Wasson and the mighty M/V Spree are currently on their
way to Haiti. They will be helping to rebuild the pier, recover a crane, and providing food and lodging to the people that are working to
repair the port so that more aid can come in. It's not the first time that they
have responded in such a way to a natural disaster. They did this when
the last hurricane came through Galveston. I believe they will be there
until the end of March. So I would like to wish them a safe trip and let them
know how much I appreciate what they do. The world is a better place
with people like them in it and I am honored to call them friends.
