The really cool thing is Rush will be matching the winning bid and is urging the 41 senators who signed the letter to do the same. He is also saying that many people want to buy copies of this letter, but he says we have already payed for it as the letter was composed while the senate was in session. So feel free to down load away and print out your own copy. Mega Kudos Rush

He's taking a personal, unwarranted attack on his self & turning it into a rather hefty pile of cash for a good cause. It's safe to say it'll hit at least $50K. As he is going to match the bid, that puts a minimum of $100,000 going to those kids. Possibly a considerable amount more if any of those senators step up & match the bid, though I'd be surprised if any of them will do so. Still, with a group that large anything is possible.
