Although I was against it at first, splitting off a more stringent DIR Practitioners sub-Group while still retaining the general and open DIR Group turns out to be fair, wise and minimizes the effects of GroupThink (especially GUE GroupThink:popcorn: ). An example of avoiding the groupthink mentality is the move of the NAUI Tec/DIR Variances back out to the general DIR Group: it turned out to be a better and more interesting discussion:lotsalove: . . .
