Just heard from Jim (mccabejc). He was at Crescent this morning, and said the conditions were among the best he's seen there. No surf, great vis (15' - 20'). Quite a change from how it's been recently. Thought I'd pass the word along for anyone hesitant about heading out this weekend. Safe diving!

Scott...we were at Picnic Beach yesterday for our last certification dive. The surf were ankle slappers at that and the vis was about 10' to 15' depending on the area. Some areas closer to 5' to 10' but overall not bad. Saw some Girabaldis and Calico Bass and a large, dead crab...

Water temp was in mid 50's at best at 35' down.

HTH!
