From what i hear, its not that great. Only reason people dive it is because its the only body of water in the area. I do bump into groups that drive to La Jolla, Ca that are regular Havasu divers.
I will try to dig you up some specific info

I went to the offical web site for tourism for the Havasu area, According to thier Web site there is only 1 dive shop. I parused the site but saw nothing on the lake specifically. I sugest you contact the LDS and ask them directly about diving the Lake.
