Been a great dive season so far on the western shores Lake Michigan,easy winds, and now with 60' Thermoclines in the low seventy's to hang on deco stops it makes the lower vis on deeper sites more tolerable.
To list a few this past several weeks;
Lakeland Sturgeon Bay Wisc 42 F bottom temps hang 70deg F vis on Bottom over 65'
Silver Lake Sheboygan,Wisc. 44 F bottom, hang 70 deg F bottom vis 50' plus
S.S. Milwaukee 42 F bottom, hang 71 Deg F vis 45' lower wreck area upper 30ish
Were have you dove the past few weeks?
how are the conditions ?
on the eastern shores Michigan divers how is it? chime in!

there is no silver lake sheboygan, there is a silver lake in portage county...is that what you meant?

The Silver Lake is a scow schooner that sank in a collision off of Sheboygan in 1900. She lies in 200 feet of water broken in two. Very cool dive if you are properly trained and geared up for it.

We were on The North Star 54 F and Regina 64 F yesterday but had 5' to 8' with 25+ winds today from the north kill the trip. Port Sanilac, Lake Huron

The Ironsides off of Grand Haven at 120' has been excellent vis (60+ft) this year. The best we have seen in that area in quite some time.
