That's right....if you currently own or want to own Hog regs you can learn to repair your own regs. The course outline is done, and we have one of the few that Instructors on staff for this course. This will be a TDI class, and approved by HOG. You will need to hold a technical rating to take this class ( please contact us if concerned about your current rating).
This will be a 2 day class. Day one will be learning and repairing YOUR regulator. Day 2 will be diving your newly repaired reg. If you aren't confident enough to dive it....you don't pass.
When you hold a Reg Repair cert, you are also eligible to take the O2 service Tech course by TDI, and we will also offer this for those in the class.
So what do you need to do? First, if you don't already own some HOG regs, go sell what you got and buy some. Second, since we are still waiting for the manual to get finalized, we still have time. For this to work, we will need a minimum amount of students in certain areas so we can have a big enough class for this to work.
So another thing to do....Use this thread to get in touch with others in your area or start contacting others in your area that have these regs or want to have them. This way, we will have some good numbers to keep the price as low as possible.
Sooooooooooooooooo....bring on the questions and start looking for as many people in your area as possible so we can bring this program to your area!!! As this starts getting finalized and we start getting some numbers, we will start setting up our schedule of travel
If your friends and family don't already own this reg....take their credit card and buy it for them....if they refuse, just tie them up or tell them to come to our site and buy it
