Nearly all of my diving is in northern Michigan, in the Great Lakes and in some inland lakes and rivers. Surface temp in Lake Michigan and Lake Huron didn't get above 63° F last year. Nekkid just ain't happening. :shocked2:

Watch out for the Bobbit Worm

For those who are unaware a Bobbitt worm is a 3 foot long worm with astonishing speed and a set of massive teeth. It is actually named for Lorena Bobbitt who infamously removed the offending part of her then husband after learning of his infidelity. Hell hath no fury like a women scorned! Or a hungry Bobbitt worm. Wetsuits also provide protection in addition to thermal warmth.

I'd be more worried about the candiru in the amazon.

Ever since I learned about the parasites that swim up your pee stream and inside you and lay their eggs - I WILL NEVER scuba naked. ever.

Don't pee and you've nothing to worry about.
