Loading slow?

There is so much going on with SB, all the ads, the smiley faces etc, I cannot believe how SLOW this board is!!!

I remain in denial in the words of another poster but today is exceptionally slow for me compared to the past month or so. Not slow enough to scare me away or to even really complain about it though.

I thought it was just my 3G connection (using iPad at work, etc).

But yeah this board is quite laggish.

Not a huge problem as ScubaBoard is baller. But it is a tad annoying.

EDiT: for those on mobile devices, use Tapatalk. It's an app that only downloads the content, and parses it locally. Makes browsing forums 5x faster at least.

Yep, today has been slow. I'm use Mozilla as a browser, should I use another?

That's what I use and it's never been an issue before.

Currently using Firefox 4.0.1

Maybe it is my own fault. I installed a service pack this morning and it contained IE 9
