Lobstering in the Bahamas

I will be in Stella Maris (Long Island area) the last week of May. Does the bahamas have a season for lobsters? Is there a website that will list the restrictions on what you can spear, collect etc?

Also I will be on a boat there and would like to know of any "must dives".

Any report on the diving at Stella Maris? I'm looking into it for a family vacation where we might also be able to get a couple dives in.
