I hear so many good things about Blue Angel. The location looks ideal, but wonder about noise from the street. Are the rooms fairly quiet?

There is some noise from the street but it has never been an issue for me.

Echoing ggunn, we had no issue with road noise. Regarding location, it was about a 25 minute walk downtown which we did several times for dinner. Definitely a much better location for us than downtown or close to the Hooters/Senior Frogs/various tourist bars and cruise ship terminals.
