So, my employer is pushing folks to do some volunteer work. Whatever we like, it seems. I was thinking another cleanup dive would be fun. Maybe a beach clean-up would be a good second choice.

Does anyone know if there are any cleanup dives in the Pinellas County, FL USA area (or within a couple hours drive)? I checked on the project aware site but it seems they've updated and I can't find a schedule. Just lots of links to PADI... is the padi affiliation new? I've done Project Aware dives before but never noticed it. Doesn't matter to me, just a point of curiosity.

I'm involved with several Tampa Bay area environmental groups. For the most part, everyone has postponed their activities due to COVID. The Tampa Bay Estuary Program has done events, and Tampa Baywatch does marine cleanups in March, July and September. Most of them are just Beach walking. The ocean conservancy has a DIY cleanup app....
