Save your money. I had a similar dive rite one and it couldn't penetrate the murky water. I prefer the HID. my 2 cents.

That's really interesting as the Hollis light is made by Light Monkey and it is exactly the same light. So unless you really like the Light Monkey logo and thinks the logo is nicer. I am going to say, the light is exactly the same.
