I am looking for a pair of low-cut boots with thin soles. All the boots I have seen recently have soles that are too thick for my jetfins. Thanks!

There’s an Akona boot. It’s low cut with a thin sole. I use them in the pool when doing laps.

I also use the Akona boots and like them a lot. They are thin soles but not slippers. My feed are a little wide and they fit very well.
