I'm a Fish!
Hello all, I am a long time PADI Instructor who's looking for a destination that would allow me to do some shore diving in my free time and pick up some freelance dive instructor/divemaster work as well. Ideally on the cheaper side and I don't mind roughing it a little if the diving is good.
If you are going to suggest the Bay islands thank you but I already spent a lot of time there. Mexico is also a no-go.
Thanks in advance!

Not sure where you're from, but St. Croix, USVI has some good shore diving. Not especially cheap to me, but I like Mexico (and I'm a cheapskate). St. Croix is probably still less expensive than a lot of former UK/European islands.

St. Croix has a number of dive ops, including one that specializes in guided shore dives (Sweet Bottom). Plus all of the dive ops who have a presence in Frederiksted guide dives around the pier there, which to me rivals the Blue Heron Bridge for a manmade structure dive site -- really great site with a wide variety of life, and not really tide dependent (but can't dive there when cruise ships are present).
