Anyone out there dive for scallops in Maine? Just got a recreation license and excited about diving for food!!!

Yes! Having the recreational licenses has been a blast. Though the changes over the past several years make it harder to find them. Last year Blue Hill Bay was crazy with draggers, so it was almost too dangerous to dive.

Scallop dove today for the first time. I was lucky to go with a couple commercial guys on Casco Bay. I didn't get my limit nut enough for dinner . Learned a lot ready to go again. I dove two tanks, these guys did 6 tanks each.
