Just take an old wet suit and cut the thigh area off and sew and glue the bottom, and then sew velcro to make a flap and don't forget to burn a small hole to allow drainage and then just glue to your dry suit, I have one mounted on a dry suit that has been on for about 5 years, and it works great, better than spending $60 for one from dui.

I made my own pocket as well. I used cordura nylon, velcro flap and 1 inch nylon strapping and quci connect fastners.
I put brass grommets in the bottom for drainage.
I have a viking suit and did not want to glue to the suit.
Mine is also about 5 years old.
