Does the aquarium provide the tanks, regs and BCDs?

Tanks and weights are provided. Everything else you need to provide.

Zebra Muscles are such a problem. Their larve can easily be transported in the bladder of the BC if it is not rinced and dried after diving in an area with muscles. Lots of aquariums are so afraid of them contaminating their tanks that they also fear that the larva might be able to be transported by neoprene.
