Manifold Information

I recently purchased a Sea Elite manifold for twin cylinders and was wondering if anyone knows a site with instructions for installation, sizing, and troubleshooting the manifold/tanks for assembly.

Or must I pay a LDS to assemble them professionally for me annually?
