Mares Brigade Viper

I have purchased a package deal, Mares abyss MR22, Brigade viper octo and airlab computer. I know the abyss will handle cold temps and deep depths (Great Lakes diving) my question is how will the octo hold up? I do not see myself diving in water colder than 35 or 40 deg.(F). Do you thing this octo is sufficiant or is an upgrade in order.

This octo is going to work fine for you. If diving in extreme cold conditions I would practice using cold water techniques ex: not breathing off the octo prior to entering the water etc... This goes to say for any regulator.
