I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath timeshare at the Marriott Beachplace resort in Ft Lauderdale for the week of March 28, 2010 thru April 4, 2010 that I will not be using.
I am looking to rent this unit out. I am asking for $1,450.00 for the week.
The Marriott rents these out for over $500.00 per day, $3,500.00 for the week.
Good location for diving, and beach for the non diving time.
