being a week now,trying to get a refund but they like ignoring me.
going to cancel throught CC.

they going to send me a total refund.
was a little skeptic but think they are a good company.
done 7 trips with them.

Did anyone actually receive a refund yet. I was told it would take up to 12 weeks. Well the 12 weeks has passed and no refund. They are now telling me it will be a little longer...with no indication of what a little longer means.
