Memory Upgrade Tonight 7/12-13

Greetings Patient Members!

Please bear with us tonight during these periodic crashes. Because we had to bring this server on line well ahead of schedule, the additional memory that we ordered was not in yet. It is in & scheduled to be added late tonight. I am waiting for a call from the technical engineer with the time & will post it as soon as I know. It will require an outage to accomplish.

The good news- We will be moving to our planned clustered solution within days which will enable us to support our large membership easily.

In the mean time, I see that many of you are on both SB & SBToo- that works for us!

SB is back up. We went from 1 GB to 4 GB of memory & they did a few other things as well that should help to resolve the issue. They will be actively monitoring it the rest of the night. A few of y'all have my phone number. Please do not hesitate to call me if it goes down again- no matter what time it is!
