I asked on the Mexico forum but no replies in a month.
We may spend 2-3 months in 2020 on the Pacific Coast of Mexico (Puerto Vallarta?, Acapulco?, other ?). Any advice on dive ops, car rentals, condos, safety, etc.? Any advice at all from anyone who has spent the winter (or maybe a month) somewhere there?
