tapatalk has always worked great for me, Is that the one you are talking about??
The mobile app was never supported. It is a purchased product from vBulletin, which is uneditable by me, and vBulletin has not updated. I have not renewed our subscription, as the app is kind of crappy.
vBulletin has since purchased the company "ForumRunner" and supports that app instead (it's a paid app)
Tapatalk is also a paid app, supported by tapatalk.

I have both forum runner and tapatalk and my personal favorate buy far is tapatalk
