This may seem a bit silly, but...……...

Find a Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Target, Kroger or some other store that uses belt driven checkouts at the front end. Every so often, they will do a remodel and replace those checklanes. The motor that drives the checklane belt is perfect for a DIY tank tumbler. If you ask, they will probably give you the motor just to get you to haul off the checklane.
 
There is clothesdryers dumped daily by the dozen at $0. Belt included. Gas heater ones almost ensures motor runs at 120VAC; electric heating types probably too.
