actually I like movie soundtracks and New Age music - Pure Moods, Mythos, Morrocan Spirit, Tangerine Dream, ... Some people use all Santana or Jimmy Buffet music, it just depends on your taste and what the video is about.

Sony has a site that has all kinds of free music to download. Can't think of the URL off hand.

The best place to source a vast selection of music right now is iTunes (hint: each country has a different selection) What kind of music are you looking to match to your video? If you are looking for some orchesta or theme style music, try compositions by these two: William Orbit or Ryuichi Sakamoto are geniuses.
