Nail fungus

Anyone had any bacterial or fungal infections in their finger nails from diving and any tips on how to get rid of the fungus? Have been using an anti-fungal cream which gradually gets rid of the infection but it comes back as soon as I dive again.

You might need a systemic antifungal medication, the topical application may not be strong enough to completely ameliorate the underlying infection. See your PCP.
