The first is a young French angel in mid transition from juvenile to adult colors.

The second one is an ocean triggerfish.

yup, maractwin called them right

the angelfish juvenile could also be a gray angelfish juvenile, but those usually have
rounder fins and a yellow spot on the tail.

the triggerfish is clearly a triggerfish, but the dark spot on the gill cover and
the dark band on the dorsal plane scream ocean triggerfish.
 
The main difference between a juvenile French and a juvenile Gray, is the gray has blue on his fins, and a more square tail. Also, the pic you have shows the beginnings of the French's scales getting the yellow on them. I think its more of a teenager than a juvenile. :)
