It's a Gymnothorax moringa.

Thanks. Not a close relative then since the jeweled moray of the subtropical eastern Pacific is Muraena lentiginosa
 
For sure this is a spotted moray. I've been to Bonaire about 10 times and have seen spotted moray's this color many times.
On a side note this year I was fortunate enough to see a rare reverse color golden tail moray off of Invisibles in 3 feet of water.
