is this official or experimental? thinking to upgrade from RX100...

Had a look at the prototype housing today and it is for real. Like the Nauticam NA-EM1 prototype housing for Olympus E-M1 that I handled at DEMA in November the finished housing which I picked up today has many refinements based on input from many. The NA-A7 housing was equipped with the Nikonos 15mm lens and adapter. Corner sharpness with the Nik 15 seemed quite good.

I wonder the same housing will be compatible with alpha 7 .....

The housing is actually Nauticam NA-A7 but it will also work with A7r. Because of the size of the lenses that will be used with this camera the port mount is for Nauticam DSLR ports, not the smaller ports for Mini mirror less housings like the NA-EM1 housing. So while the housing is smaller than current DSLR housings it will still require some large ports depending on the lens of choice.

I see Nauticam is producing an all new "Mid- Sized" port system for the A7
