I circled the exact piece I need. The quick release buckle broke. It is from the right side. It is the lower part of the shoulder strap 1 1/2" with the plastic D ring, male quick release, metal slide piece from an OMS comfort harness II...I have tried Ebay, DGX, OMS website. Anyone know where I can get that circled piece?? Thanks in advance

Have you called or sent a message to DGX or did you just look on their website? If you just went on the website try calling them or sending an email and they will help you if they can.

I just looked

Just buy the buckle and replace it. But it is sewn in you say. Buy a $2 seam ripper and take it a part. But how do I put it back together you say. Take it to a cobbler to stitch back up.

All else fails, cut the plastic D ring off and replace the buckle, remember to singe the edge of the webbing.

I was very fortunate that I emailed with Saffron from Dive Gear Express and they at first told me that part isn't purchasable nor available any more as that harness was discontinued in 2019. Then Saffron emailed me back saying they found the exact right side assembly in their parts bin and provided the parts for free with my next purchase!!! I now have the replacement piece in my possession. There is a lot to be said about just going with the hogarthian webbing system. My downside is I have a back injury and limited mobility and the shoulder quick release buckles when not broken make my life a little easier...same with the shoulder pads when I am out of the water.
Thanks Saffron and DGX!!

For future reference ...

I have several Dive Rite based harnesses (same "H" style as your OMS) that I was combining where there were different buckle styles from different years. I used the Sea to Summit pin-style repair buckles to replace them all and unify them.

Side Release Field Repair Buckle with Removable Pin

The stainless pin in the upper buckle just slid through the existing sewn loop from the old buckle.
I only needed to, un/re-stich the non-critical, non load-bearing plastic d-rings at the end of the lower adjustment straps to thread through the adjustable side of the buckle. That was easy enough with a needle and thread.
