Thanks for all the help guys. I think it's going to be a long weekend with tools of mass destruction!

You don't need tools of mass destrutions. Just a couple of conviently placed holes and an anchor that accidently gets fouled. It's amazing how those knots always show up on the anchor like at the worst possible time.
 
It sure would be a nice addition to Spring Mill Pond in the Island Lake Recreation area! It's a state controlled park.

One other thought-there's a new quarry for divers somewhere down river. Maybe they'd be interested in it. I don't know the name, sorry.
