I need to take an envelope, with a letter inside, on a dive.
Any suggestions on what I can use to keep it 1000000% dry?

Which letter?

If you can roll it/fold it, stick it in a flashlight or camera case.

Hey, now there's a good use for a burned out dive light that is otherwise watertight. That would make a good key/money holder as well.
