So I have been looking for two housing units, one for my digital point and shoot and another housing for an older video camera.

I have looked online for the housing for my point and shoot (Kodak EasyShare C513) but have not had any luck finding any housing units for that. Does anyone have any ideas of where I can go to get a housing unit for this?

The second housing unit I am looking for is for an older video camera that records on VHS. It does not seam like people use these anymore with the availability of digital camcorders, however I really dont want to put the money into one. I bought this video camera for $5.00 over the summer and I figured that I would try to build a housing unit for the video camera and if it fails I am out a $5.00 video camera. So my question is does anyone have an idea on how to build a housing for this?

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks

We do several of these a month. Camcorders that are older and discontinued we can still customize a housing for. If you are not wanting to upgrade and are in need of a housing, we can do it. Let me know if I can be of assistance.

Nobody makes a camera housing for a Kodak Easy Shared. Housings usually cost more than the camera, often several times as much, nobody would make a housing for a throwaway low end camera.

Try this, these are pretty cheap:

VHS?, you are serious huh, I wish this was a few years ago because I sold a beautiful unit, housing, camera, tapes, wide angle lenses, dome, external battery pack, went for all of about 50 bucks. :rofl3:

Try this, you will be dollars ahead:

Underwater Housing for Flip Ultra Camcorders

Seriously, I never did figure how to set the time on my VCR and gladly threw several fully functional units into the trash dump, get the Flip.

I'm gunna say you'll be amazed(maybe shocked) when you find out the cost on a housing for each........Hope I'm wrong, good luck either way you go.....
