Has anyone checked out the whiskey wreck lately? I dove it for the 1st time a while back and can't argue about it being a great dive......

Sounds good to me
I dove it and the Paddlewheeler just before the oil started hitting the beaches. The Whiskey had a ton of relief, moreso in some areas than in a LONG time. Paddlewheeler is doing OK, but not as much relief as I've seen there. Haven't tried for Paul's Shrimpboat since last fall and didn't find it then
Time to give it another go.
Gulf Shores / Orange Beach is worth the drive, if you ask me. There are two local shops that can help you with info and service: Gary's Gulf Divers Gary's Gulf Diver - Home page and Down Under Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Diving, Oriskany Dive - Down Under Dive Shop
