Negril, Jamaica Diving??

Can anyone help me out - we area headed to Negril in March '11 with a group of friends. We would like to dive out there - can anyone get me some info on where to locate reputable operators and dive shops. Or does anyone have any reccomendations based on personal experiences?

Finally, what exactly is the diving like there? water temps? Viz? reef life?
