Still seems to be the case. Hopefully that will change soon. Here is latest from the Embassy.

subjectWarden Message - Suspension Of Curfew, Embassy Re-Opening

The Embassy advises American citizens residing in and visiting Honduras that the de facto regime has announced the suspension of the curfew effective 6:00 a.m. Thursday, September 24. The Embassy recommends American citizens monitor local television and radio for updates to travel restrictions and other security measures.

Barring a further extension of the curfew, the Embassy will re-open to the public on September 24. Non-immigrant visa services remain suspended for all but emergency medical cases.

The U.S. Embassy has advised American employees and family members to restrict travel to necessary trips only on September 24.

Honduran airports will be open September 24 for domestic passenger flights and international cargo and mail flights. The de facto regime has not yet authorized a resumption in international passenger flights. Those whose flights were cancelled due to the curfew should contact their airlines for further information.

I'm part of a group of 24 that are scheduled to go to Roatan on 10/3 for a week. We're staying at CCV. If anyone can update this thread with info from time to time, it would be appreciated. I want to be able to relay the news (hopefully good) to those that get their info from the media. I'm trying to stay away from exaggerated reports. Thanks to all.

I think this may be from the same U.S. Embassy notice posted by Cajuncru Diver, but lists numbers for various airlines in Honduras:

Honduran airports will remain closed to international flights on September 23, 2009, but are open for domestic flights from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on September 23.

Those whose flights were cancelled to the airport closure should contact their airlines for further information. Those flying with American Airlines may wish to call (504) 216-4800 (Honduras) or 1-800-433-7300 (United States). Those traveling with Delta Airlines may wish to call 1-800-241-4141 (United States and Central America) or (504) 550-1616 (San Pedro Sula). Those with flights scheduled with Continental Airlines may wish to call (504) 220-0999 (Tegucigalpa), (504) 557-4141 (San Pedro Sula), or 1-800-231-0856 (United States).

All carrriers offering inbound Roatan air flights from the US cities are still accepting seating reservations. On the last go-round with this type of thing, they had altered their websites, but maybe they know something.

It might seem that the Honduran national government has noticed that the cash cow of Roatan should not be inconvenienced by "rules" that are more appropriately applied to the big city of Tegucigalpa. They didn't pay for any "extra military patrols" on Roatan during this most recent ruckus.

Money talks, let's see if the central government is listening.

The curfew has been lifted on the mainland! All borders are open and the transport system looks to be getting back to normal. There are some flight delays but all in all not bad. The ferry to Utila are running twice a day. Long may it continue!
