New diver

Hi All,

I recieved my PADI OW certification November 2010 and recently joined the Scubaboard community.

My first dive trip was in Mexico and it really opened up my eyes to the underwater world. We did Cozumel (Santa Rosa and Punta Tunich Wall), Dos Ojos Cavern (Barbie line and bat cave) and 2 reef dives near the ruins in Tulum.

Now I am looking to purchase my own gear! currently looking at the following:
Zeagle wicked BCD, Atomic Z2 and either Tusa element or the mares puck computer! if anyone can share their experience with me, many thanks in advance!

First off welcome to the forums. I can't speak for most of your gear, but I do dive with a Z2. You won't regret buying it. I love mine.

I got to dive Santa Rosa last January (my group was with Living Underwater (a dive op.)); loved it. Glad you had a good time, too. Many happy returns!
