No, was yesterday at the meeting about the new regulations, and the general consensus was: probably inside Bungalow Bay, but nobody knew for sure.

Don't think it's in Bungalow Bay. I've searched around a bit and they describe the site as being in around 15 metres of water NORTH OF RACHA YAI which makes me think... maybe Siam Bay? There appears to be a new mooring now right in the centre of the bay. I understand that Calypso Divers are going to check this out on their Monday trip to Racha Yai.
