Newbie going to Aruba- HELP with dive shop and where I should dive?

The south side of the island is deeper than the west side(malmok, Antilla)
 
many many deeper sites on south side. That is where the best reef is. It runs the length of the island from Orangestad to Baby Beach

Hey! Aruba was my first dive too. I went with Romeo from Native Divers. I didn't have a buddy, so he acted as my buddy. He was very helpful, very patient, very knowledgeable, but at the same time, laid back and fun. There were only 4 of us the day I went, it was great! I recommend him highly.
 
I have been to Aruba 5 times and only dive with Romeo. He is a very funny guy on the boat but it's all business once you are in the water.
