I'm over on the Sarasota side, and a somewhat regular Venice Shark Tooth diver. A week ago I found a scrambler XT on sale on Craigslist. So far, I've practiced getting on/off, and paddled a mile off shore a couple of times (just me, no gear) for practice. So, I think I'm close to giving this kayak diving a try. Anyone up for a kayak-tooth-dive off Venice, and helping make sure I don't totally screw something up on my first attempt?

When would you like to go?

I can make it almost any weekend, sat or sunday, up for this weekend as long as the waves don't look too harsh on my first trip. What about you, when would you be able to make it?

I'm on summer vacation sooooooo....................I'm good to go almost anytime. Ya wanna shoot for Saturday am?

We can or we can go out of the new park down by Sharky's. How about we meet at 8:30? You can pick the spot. Any other yak divers out there interested? Nizzy, Diversolo, Mike, Seawolfhd?
