Does anyone here own the Dual HID lights, on the articulating arm, the HID's are 10W each and are use for videoing?

I bought this setup about 9 months and I had a horrible experience so I returned it, but I'm looking at it again because it seems to be the best thing out there for my purposes.

If you have this, let me know your experiences with it, please.
