North Broward Tank Rentals

Hi guys!

I'm looking for tank rentals in the north Broward area (I live off of Atlantic). Most of my dealings have been with Diver's Direct but I don't think they rent. I need 1 or 2 AL80's (full of good ol' 21% O2) for some boat diving Friday night and Saturday. Can anyone recommend a good shop for that? Rick? Mike J? Jenny?

Where on Atlantic?

At Atlantic and the Intercoastal on North Riverside in Pompano there's Lighthouse Dive.

There's American Dive Center at 8092 West Sample Road, just east of Riverside Dr in Coral Springs.

American Scuba Divers at 900 E Atlantic between Federal and Dixie Hwy in Pompano.

And Fill Express at 2045 North Dixie Highway, just south of Copans also in Pompano.

The first charge $10 a tank. Fill Express is $15, but includes 32-40% Nitrox and will pump air on request. I've never been in American Scuba Divers.

I live at Atlantic and Lyons (NW 31st). I should have said Pompano area.

I'm all licensed up for some Caribbean spiny bugs this weekend! I had to pay the freaking non-resident fee since I've only been here 5 months (1 month short). Since I got my license this week, I'm all ready for next year's mini season, too!! :laughing:
