The NSS-CDS BoD has three positions up for election this year. Time is getting close and I wanted to put a reminder out there in case anyone is interested but just hasn't nominated themselves or someone else. I know how deadlines can sneak up on people. They do that to me all the time!
The deadline for submitting a name for nomination is February 15, just over 2 weeks from now. The deadline for submitting a platform statement is February 28, just over 4 weeks. So if you or someone you know is interested, get that name in to us by e-mailing nominations2010@nsscds.org. That's all you have to do right now. Then you still have 4 weeks to procrastinate....errrr...write that platform statement and submit it.
