Does anybody have ideas on where to get a rebuild kit for a 3500 psi Ocean Dynamics valve?

I realize this is an old thread. It came up on a Google search.

Did you ever find a rebuild kit? And if so, where?

Ocean Dynamics valves utilize standard valve parts - very similar to old-style Sherwood assembly from my memory. The PRD is of the 3/8" variety. Most people can disassemble and rebuild a valve. The internals of valves are pretty simplistic; however, the ability to buy valve repair parts and find diagrams online does not qualify someone to service valves. Improper assembly and service of valves can lead to serious injury or death. If you're not certain what you're doing, best bet would be to find a LDS with a trained technician. Always remember the owner (not the fill-station operator, the dive center, or the hydrostatic requalifier) is responsible for the cylinder and valve condition, and any injury or death resulting from the failure of either.
